Manufacturing process

Balls with a Chromium content of ≥10.0% are designated as high chromium balls. The national standard mandates a hardness (HRC) of over 58 and an impact value AK ≥3.0J/2. These characteristics are achieved through precise high-temperature quenching followed by tempering treatment.
Balls with a Chromium content of 1-3% are recognized as low chromium balls.
