Manufacturing process

High chromium balls are distinguished by a chromium content of ≥10.0%. According to national standards, these balls must exhibit a hardness (HRC) of more than 58 and an impact value AK ≥3.0J/2. They are crafted using high-temperature quenching followed by tempering treatment.
Low chromium balls feature a chromium content ranging from 1-3%.
