For high chromium balls, which boast a chromium content of ≥10.0%, the national standards dictate a hardness (HRC) of at least 58, while the impact value AK should be ≥3.0J/2. These precision-engineered balls undergo high-temperature quenching followed by tempering treatment to ensure peak performance.
Low chromium balls, characterized by a chromium content of 1-3%, offer a versatile option for various applications.
